Esti Rosenberg
Esti Rosenberg established the Migdal Oz Beit Midrash for Women in 1997 and has served as the Rosh Beit Midrash since its establishment. Prior to Migdal Oz, Esti Rosenberg served as Rosh Beit Midrash of the Midreshet Lindenbaum Israeli Program.
She holds a B.A. from Hebrew University in Hebrew Literature, and is a graduate of Michlalah Jerusalem in Tanach Studies. She is an active member on the board of Bnei Akiva. She is a mother of seven and lives in Alon Shvut.

Rav Meir Nehorai
Rav Meir has served as a Ram in the Beit Midrash since 2001. He studied in Yeshivat Har Etzion and earned Smicha from Rabbanut Hareishit Liyisrael. He is on the rabbinic board of Tzohar and Rav of Masuat Yitzchak. He lives in Masuat Yitzchak and is a father of six.

Rav Zev Friedman
Rav Zev has served as a Ram in the Beit Midrash since 2003. He learned in Yeshivat Hakotel and Kollel Eretz Chemda. Prior to Migdal Oz, Rav Zev was a Ram in Yeshivat Makor Chaim. Rav Zev heads the Makor Chaim’s Teachers Training Program, Lifnai vLifnim, and teaches Midrash and Torah Shebeal Peh there. He lives in Yerushalayin and is a father of six.

Naomi Adler
Naomi has served as a Ramit in Migdal Oz since 2005. She holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Bar Ilan University. She learned in Midreshet Lindenbaum’s Beit Midrash program, the Advanced Talmud institute of Matan, and participated in Rav Lichtenstein’s gemara shiurim for three years. She lives in Yerushalayim and is a mother of four.

Shayna Goldberg
Shayna, the Mashgicha Ruchanit of the Bnot Chul, joined the Migdal Oz family in 2011. Shayna holds an undergraduate degree in Judaic Studies from Stern College, then pursued her Master’s degree in Secondary Jewish Education at Azrieli, while simultaneously studying Talmud as a GPATS (Graduate Program in Advanced Talmudic Studies) scholar. She is a Yoetzet Halacha and has taught Gemara, Tanach and Halacha at Kohelet in Philadelphia and at Ma’ayanot in Teaneck. Since making Aliyah, Shayna has lived in Alon Shvut with her husband and five children.

Racheli Schmell
Racheli, Overseas Director, learned at Migdal Oz for Shana Aleph and then earned a degree in social work from Bar Ilan University. She first became Madricha for the Bnot Chul in 2008, and become the Overseas Director in 2011. Racheli lives on campus with her husband David and their four children

Chani Kleiman
Chani has been a Ramit in the Beit Midrash since 2010. She learned in Midreshet Lindenbaum, Beit Morasha, and learned for five years in Migdal Oz. She taught Chassidut and Machshevet Yisrael in Pelech. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Jewish Philosophy from Hebrew University and a M.A. in Jewish Philosophy. She is working on her Doctoral studies on Sefer Hazohar. She lives in Tekoa and is a mother of three.

Carmit Feintuch
Carmit has been a Ramit in the Beit Midrash since 2009. She taught in Or Torah Ramot, She holds a B.A. in History of Am Yisrael and Hebrew Literature from Hebrew University and she is a graduate of Machon Kerem. She learned in Matan, Beit Morasha, Beit Av and Semina HaKibutzim. She lives in Alon Shvut and is a mother of five.
