Advanced Program in Talmud and Halacha
The Advanced Program, now in its second cycle, was borne through the vision of Rosh Beit Midrash Esti Rosenberg. At the root of this vision is the desire to produce women who are not only scholars of Talmud but also future educators, leaders, and embodiments of the full richness and glory of Torah. The Program's second class consists of nine women from all different stages of life, chosen from amongst many qualified applicants. The main lecturer in the program is Rabbi Dr. Judah Goldberg, who delivers in depth Talmud shiurim to the women on a regular basis. The scholars enjoy one full day of in-depth analysis of the laws of Shabbat per week, as well as spending one afternoon a week studying with Rosh HaYeshiva HaRav Baruch Gigi.
